Refund policy
Majority of Speakers, Amplifiers, Pre-Amplifiers, & Receivers purchased on our website may be returned in original packaging, un-used and un-opened for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
Returns can be shipped back to our head office. Customers are responsible for shipping costs incurred during the return processes and ensuring packages arrive in good condition.
Returns must arrive in original packaging, unused and in good condition with all packaging and accessories. If package has been opened and returned in no fault of the product or Automated Entertainment Inc, we charge a restocking fee of up to 30% of the item price. All returns go through the process of inspection when they come into our office before a refund is given.
Restocking fees vary on a case by case basis. We try to minimize returns and restocking fees. When a product is returned in mint/like new condition, minimal restocking fees are charged, whereas if a product is returned damaged/scratched/broken/very used condition higher restocking fees are charged. Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions about restocking fees.
For Open Box, Refurbished, & Showroom Demo orders, products are not eligible for returns.
