Shipping policy

We are happy to offer free shipping across the Canadian provinces on all our New Speakers, Amplifiers, Accessories & Receivers. All "Open Box", "B-Stock", & "Showroom Demo" items over 500$ ship free as well.

For same day shipping, order must be placed before 11am est. All orders placed afterwards or Saturday and Sunday, will be shipped out the following business day. We strive to ship out all in stock orders within 1 business day to get to you as fast as possible!

Larger items or specialty items may be subject to a weight surcharge, these items will be marked in the product description page and again on the checkout page.

For all “Special Order” products, we will reach out to communicate dates of shipping from our warehouse and an expected delivery date. If you have any questions before or after ordering, please reach out with any questions

We ship from coast to coast in Canada via UPS, FedEx, & Purolator. Once shipped we include a tracking number to track every package and all packages must be signed for at the door when delivered.  

At this point in time, we can only offer shipping within Canada and do not offer international shipping.
